Perfect little base. Rooms very compact but fine for lone or couple travelling on budget for couple of nights. Staff very good and friendly. Great spot about 2 mins from trafalgar square

Not a single complaint

Worth the wait to stay at this hotel, the room was certainly big enough for me and in the perfect location to hit all the right spots. Well maintained and a great firm bed. All my needs were catered for with tea and coffee, water, hairdryer and great to have a full length mirror in the perfect location. Excellent customer service and ensured any request was met. Would return, probably for two nights next time. One just wasn’t enough.

I loved the location of the hotel easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly. The only thing I didn't like and would like to complain about was the shower in the room. The shower head kept falling and flopping down making having a shower impossible. Had to checkout without a shower We stayed in Room 12. We informed the gentlemen on reception when checking out. He offered us drinks or breakfast but a breakfast can not replace a nice hot shower. It was a disappointment because we stayed for my daughter birthday. She couldnt shower and get refreshed for her day.

Excellent room and location. Rooms are cozy and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Book z hotels through their website for extras, such as free wine and cheese included. I have stayed several times and it will continue to be my go-to in London.

In a good location, but room is soo small. To get a room with a window, you pay additional fee, and having a window was just to get some light, no “view” at all. You have to go to the lobby to get refill drinking water.

The room has no window and no any tables/chairs - no place to put your stuff except on the floor, the bed is one-sided on wall so it is very uncomfortable to a couple for sleeping.

Fantastic stay at the Z hotel Trafalgar. Highly recommend with its central location, literally a few minutes walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and The Mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will certainly being staying again.
