Its a cute little hotel with very British style and personality. Service is impeccable and friendly and always available. Queen size bed maybe not the most comfortable for two guests but old architecture is old architecture so space is reduced. Perfect neighborhood, walking distance from anywhere cool!

This hotel is a hidden gem! My room was impeccably clean, my bed was THE most comfortable I’ve stayed at in London, and the staff were the best! I was going to Paris for the weekend then returning for one night and they held a bag for me so that I could travel lighter. I was a woman travelling alone and felt safe and well taken care of. The location brought me here. The staff will bring me back!

Don’t stay here

Very bad experience the service was so bad the bedroom was bad right next to the reception that smelt of curry. One really rude member of staff checking us in. The write up on the hotel sounds wonderful showing lots of cocktails at the bar they had no cocktails at the bar they don’t serve them The hotel was definitely 2 stars not 4-5 stars it was such a disappointment waste of £500 was a surprise stay for my wife’s birthday I need a refund back from the hotel it’s a disgrace. I have booked many times with hotels.com never been disappointed but this time it was awful what do you have to say zetter hotel

Could have been better

Great location. Quiet rooms. Got a long suite accessible. Shower only had hot water and very weak water stream. Front Desk said live with it. Mattress was very soft. Coffee in the room was not good. Overall B+. Rooms are starting to show wear and tear.
