The office staff and Rajinda in the Parlour were excellent hosts - going above and beyond; the waitress that worked Sat and Sun morning was the most unfriendly and unresponsive host we’ve encountered on our trip. Doesn’t do justice for the high standards at the Zetter.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic boutique hotel 60 second walk from Oxford Street. Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was very good. The room was very quiet as well. If we had to be critical I’d say the bed and the room was a bit small.

OK but not my favorite

The property is dated and probably warrants 3 and not 5 stars. We were put below street level in a Deluxe but fairly small (and dark) room and were told unsolicited that it was a “quiet” room which as it turned out was next to the public toilet and across from the kitchen so it was anything but quiet much less private. If I needed a 3-3 1/2 star place in the future I would consider but not lilely.

Quirky townhouse boutique hotel. Lovely staff and great location. Didn’t receive the VIP upgrade despite it being on booking and hotel showing availability. Didn’t ruin our stay though the previous guests underwear in the room was an unwelcome gift.

Great small hotel close with good location

Definitely a go back hotel. Charming small hotel with wonderful staff. Restaurant was great for breakfast--buffet or a la carte. Clean eco rooms.

Doesn’t provide full service 7 days per week

Loved our stay. We stayed on a Saturday and then went exploring in the city all day Sunday. The only reason I give it a 4-star is there was ZERO food/ beverage service on Sundays (and apparently Mondays) which in my experience as someone who travels ALL the time is big hotel NO-NO. For guests and customers off the street, this isn’t okay seeing as this is a hospitality service, and a 7-days per week service, so therefore the full service needs to be there all week. Otherwise, don’t be open 7 days a week, simple as. The lack of service on Sundays/Mondays makes me want to book elsewhere the next time in London, which is sad because everything else about the Zetter was splendid. Maybe for a Friday night single stay, but not for a romantic weekend.
