Une véritable honte !!!

J'ai réservé pour 4 personnes et à l'arrivée, personne ! J'avais pourtant confirmé mon arrivée en répondant au mail. On appelle hôtel. Com qui nous transfert la ligne auprès des responsables de la résidence. Ils nous disent qu'il faut récupérer la clé à l'extérieur à l'aide d'un plan. Ils ne nous envoient rien...il faut rappeler... ils nous envoient le plan mais pas le numéro de l'appartement...il faut rappeler.. on entre enfin dans l'appartement au bout d'une heure et demi. À l'intérieur...deux couchages au lieu de 4. On rappelle... " ben c'est pour 2"... on a réservé pour 4!.." ah oui, il y a un matelas gonflable dans le placard "... on le trouve...pas de bouchon !... Deux d'entre-nous ont dormi 3 jours sur des coussins pour 500 € les 3 jours ! La classe !!!
