Located in quiet cul-da-sac not far from Colliers Wood High Street.
Looking to rent our family home for rent during the Summer holidays for rentals of at least a week.

The house has a private drive, garden with patio, two double sized bedrooms on the first floor (one with a double bed, one with a single bed), open plan kitchen and living room and bathroom.

The entire property was stripped back and redone in 2017 so has modern fixtures and fittings and appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Our house is situated on a small close with 7 other houses so has a nice villagey style feel and is quiet but close enough to get into the action of Wimbledon and Tooting Broadway.

The house has a TV with Multi-channels and high-speed wifi.

I love Colliers Wood as it's great for families and sharers with lots of things to do nearby from shopping to community centred coffee shops, parks, walks and the tube which can quickly take you into central London.

One of my favourite things about the house is the view from the back window upstairs overlooking back gardens and the local skyline.
