Friendly staff and quiet room. Staff was more than kind and helpful about the good places to eat and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is just outside of London’s city center so this is a great place to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists. It is also a modern spot with numerous restaurants nearby. There is only a 10-15 min walk to the train station and underground mall. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything needed for comfort. A thing to note. The rooms are only cleaned after 7 days so if you are there for less than that, no cleaning will happen but you can request fresh towels and trash pick up. We were there for 5 days. This is what separates it from a traditional hotel. Overall, a safe, clean place for travelers.

Very new and clean aparthotel. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs. Great location. I had some trouble with the central “smart” controls setting off alarms and flashing lights in the middle of the night, otherwise no issues.

The room was exceptionally clean and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. The place is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The only minor downside is the lack of a small coffee machine in the room, though there’s a free coffee station on the second floor, which isn’t the most convenient but still perfectly acceptable. I would definitely return!

Property is new and in great condition. Plenty of storage space in bedroom and bathroom, nice kitchen setup, comfortable bed. Only one tube stop from the O2 and like five stops from popular areas like Westminster or London Bridge via the Jubilee line. There is a really nice lounge on the top floor and there are also laundry facilities. £2 per wash and £1 per dryer load. Check in time wasn’t until 15:00 but my room was ready when I arrived at 12:30 and they checked me in.
