I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day!

Great place to stay if visiting London. Lovely contemporary aparthotel. Really friendly staff. Canary Wharf is much quieter than Central London but well connected via the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines

Really nice, ultra modern, really big emphasis on being environmentally friendly which is great to see but it's potentially a bit too clever for it's own good i.e. not clear how things work in the room and the temperature is a bit erratic in different parts of the building, staff super friendly and helpful

Lovely property, new clean and safe but not the best check-in experience of the many i’ve had. we arrived maybe 20mins before check-in time and the room was not ready which is fair enough but then even at the original check in time we were told to wait longer and only got issued one room of the two we booked. we were on our way to an event so the delay was not ideal although staff were apologetic- it wasn’t the best start to our trip!

Had the best stay at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf. Really well equipped room. Very good location to get to the o2 Arena. Jubilee line located 5 mins walk from the apartments. No parking, however, plenty of parking around. We have pre-booked parking at Canada Square Car Park (£20) for 24 hours. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the apartments.

- They DO NOT do daily house keeping, its a weekly thing. The only thing they clean/empty out is the trash/rubbish bins. - New towels and bed sheets once a week or pay to get new ones sent to your room. - Water will shut off after 40 mins of on-going use to prevent leaking. I get it but its pretty annoying to have to go down every-time and ask them to reset it upstairs. - Cool rooftop lounge

Great hotel with lovely staff. Room was nicely decorated, like the entire hotel. Good eco-credentials with toiletries in bathroom and cleaning products for kitchenette. Well stocked kitchenette in room. Enjoyed the communal space though had to nip down to get mug from my room as there were no clean ones. Pleasant scenic walk through Canary Wharf to access various public transport options.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, early check in, brand new apartment with all the comforts. The only downside was no air conditioning, being in London in an apartment high rise having one window which only opens a crack you have to have air conditioning.
