Very good location to use as a base for visiting iconic spots. The futons weren't really comfortable but for one night the location was ideal!

One of the futons in the living room which is supposed to sleep 2 is actually only big enough for one fairly small adult and the other is a bit small for 2 adults.No AC, only fans. I would have appreciated a reading light and table by each of the futons for reading at night and having a place to put things.

The flat was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable, the futons were fine for our kids (not sure how comfortable adults would be though). We were about a 5 minute walk to both the Victoria and St James tube stations. Sam, the host, was phenomenal! They were so quick to respond with communication, recommendations and just checking in with us. When we arrived, we had a bit of a situation with our driver from the airport that the cleaner overheard outside of the flat. Sam immediately reached out to see if we were okay and if they could help at all. They let us drop our bags off early prior to check-in too which we so appreciated! The flat is clean, small and no frills - if you’re planning to be out and about in London most of the day, it is perfect!
