The room was okay when i checked in but the cleaner that came to clean the next day didn’t even tidy the room, the floor was tidy and some of the kitchen staff was not friendly during the breakfast

We had to wait to be let in to the hotel on our return around 9.30pm as there were no staff present. Room very warm but fan too noisy to have on at night. Would have preferred duvets instead of the bedding provided. All other amenities satisfactory. Staff courteous.

Good hotel in the middle of busy Paddington neighborhood, but cleanliness is lacking a bit and also the fact that there isn’t an actual reception desk at this property and you must go to another, bigger hotel two-three doors down.

Daughter took ill (not hotel's fault!) &when I rang reception at 12am-there was no answer until I rang the external hotel number, as I really needed replacement sheets &blanket. I was initially told to come down &out via the external street to reception to get them - as a lone parent that would've meant trailing my young ill child out OR leaving her alone in the room in the dark as the keycard was needed for me to get in the bottom doors! So I pushed for reception man to bring sheets to me. When he arrived, I was told I'd interrupted his prayer &there were no duvets....despite being midweek &having 2buildings of rooms. When I asked for a laundry/black bag for dirty linen i was told to leave it in the room-but the smell was making us worse- so i was told to leave it in a small enclosed hall outside mine &2 other rooms or in the stairwell - very unhygienic &unsafe. The gentleman DID later return with bin bags &he found a blanket which i appreciated. In the morning, I requested 11.30 checkout instead of 10.30 &reception kindly agreed to let the cleaning team know however at 10.10 (BEFORE the regular checkout a lady burst into the room WITHOUT knocking despite us being in there. She was rude when I explained the late checkout reason &argued it wasn't acceptable, checkout was 10.30 as she had rooms to clean (this was 10.10!!) &left my daughter &I shocked & upset to top off an already stressful night.

Woken up many times by loud bangs from the other rooms. Was no one at reception and had to wait outside for 10 minutes before check in. They didn't apologise. Bed was horrible, waterproof mattress protector, sheets slipped off and crumpled up, no duvet, just a sheets and disgusting blanket

The room is as shown on the pictures but the breakfast wasn’t very good & the juice isn’t fresh and the bedsheets are a bit smelly. The WiFi password wasn’t given too and the reception number isn’t given and not in the room, so if you need to contact the reception from your room you will have to walk to the next building.

When we got there the owner said we were staying at the Seymour (next door). Having read the reviews I was a little sceptical, however, we couldn’t fault the hotel. Man on the front desk was helpful, room was decent for a family of 3, breakfast filled a hole! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was small, but clean. Needed updating... one bedspread had a burn mark. They did have a parking spot for us, luckily. But the location for the price was pretty good if you want to be there in Paddington. No frills and older but cheap

They put me in other hotel on the side (same owner) so I do not know how the room in The White Hotel are. Room I got is smaĺl with no small fridge. A little dust around. However, location is convinience and close to transits...it s o.k with me. I did not pay for breakfast but I saw it s very basic.

Room was adequate for a one night stay. I appreciated there was breakfast available with cereals and food that one could maybe make a sandwich with. Room was freshly cleaned but the bedspread with cigarette burns and multiple stains does not make for a good first impression when walking into the room. The walls also had lots of splatters on them and the TV remote had lots of food remains and other dirt. Area is very convenient with lots of dining options near Paddington station which is a short walk away.

The staff were nice and helpful, it's at a very convenient location that bus, train and underground stations are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. However, the room condition is not ideal considering the price, it's also not the cleanest with hair at some places and stained towels and sheets.
