The Capsule Hotel is a hidden gem in an otherwise very busy city... I've wanted to try this experience for a few years now and I'm so glad that I did!
The staff are genuine, kind, and helpful, and they really supported me throughout my whole stay.
The "pods" are incredible. From the cleanliness to the ambiance, it's an experience like no other.
However, I wouldn't recommend this to someone who struggles with claustrophobia; the rooms are plenty big enough for all your needs, especially for a cheap city break, but someone who struggles in/ with tight spaces may find the rooms restricting.
If you are seriously considering to stay in a capsule hotel, I would recommend bringing your own handheld/ mini fan, a towel, and a padlock for comfort and security!
Excellent place to stay away from home. Laundry, coffee machine, lounge would be a nice addon.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of London.. Would definitely return to it if I am gonna be in London.
The only thing is they don't change bed covers untill u check out... In 5 days they don't changed the sheets... Plus there is no cafeteria to eat food or breakfast.

Excellent location and value for money. Friendly staff at the reception. No cold tap water to drink and terrible showers. I do not know if it really was able to lock to capsules. Anyway you need your own padlock.

The capsule, bathroom, coridoors and reception were all spotless. Staff all helpful with one significant exception which was in respone to.the constructive criticism of the signage on the stairs.
There is substantial building works. There was inadequate temporary signage to direct guests to reception and not get caught trapped in the building works. Trapped being the operative word. Had there been an emergency on Friday night. On Saturday morning when three of us missed the sign directing us to receptiion twice and found ourselves trapped, I wanted to hear the response to our collective concern of ' I will look into that what you tell me not that could not have happened.
I think perhaps you needed a native English speaker on duty to hear and understood this concern.

Clean capsules and showers, and nice staff. Not luxury, but better than I expected
Exactly what you’d expect, the staff are great and quickly moved my bunk when the lock was broken. They’re quite hard to get hold of on WhatsApp though. There’s also no drinking water in the building.
The cocoon was comfy, check in was very efficient, toilets were clean

Every time I stay, the pods are uncomfortably warm throughout the night, even in January (the fan makes little difference). I have also never found a tap in any of the bathrooms that dispenses cold (instead of very hot) water, meaning there is no way to get drinkable water or brush your teeth without using hot water. I heard another customer also complaining about the lack of any cold water options (but they were advised to buy cold water from a shop outside).
