As women with noise sensitivity, I had best time at this hotel, very quiet. Room was clean, staff friendly, air conditioned highly appreciated. Mattress was comfortable and bedsheets clean Hotel got you covered with essential items like shampoo, body wash and hand wash + clean towels every day

Nice location close to nearby Greenwich, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Cycleway 4 runs along Creek Rd at the front of the hotel and provides excellent access into central London. The hotel itself is modern and perfectly acceptable for a short stay.

Small but perfectly executed rooms. Used as a base, beware beds are low and could be a challenge to some. However, we both slept perfectly. No noise, no distractions. Very clean, shower perfect. Excellent WiFi signal. I would definitely stay again.

I only stayed at Zedwell for one night, but it was more than enough to leave a great impression. The cleanliness was exceptional—my room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and my short stay smooth and pleasant. Even with such a brief visit, their attentiveness really stood out. Overall, I had a great experience and felt completely satisfied with my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for a longer visit in the future.

Ideal spot for a person with ADHD who has trouble processing sensory information, such as loud noises. Having a dark, peaceful room with a comfortable bed and Egyptian linens makes this the ideal spot for me to get a good night's sleep. People who book this type of hotel must note. It has no windows à bit claustrophobic the corridors are painted a dark colour which doesn't help,l overheard people say it was like a prison block.it served à purpose for 1 nights stay.

Lovely, clean Hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location, Bus 188 went straight to the O2 Academy from just across the road. I couldn't get the heating to work so it was a bit cold at night but that was probably user error! Could have done with a vending machine to get a drink late at night but overall a great stay and I would use it again.

Nice room but it wasn’t exactly soundproofed, we could hear a person in the next room (I stayed in room 128) was snoring very loudly the wooden floor was conducting the sound/vibration it was impossible to sleep. Can’t fault the kindness of the staff they were good
