No towels in room, shower was cool. Breakfast, we had to sit in bar ,tea an toast was cool by the time we got food as they ran out of food.Had to ask for everything no milk,butter,salt pepper an sauce. Very disappointed as there was 6 of us stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful but this hotel leaves much to be desired. The upstairs rooms are dated, have a short bathtub and a fire hose like shower. It could blast the skin off you. The breakfast was rubbish at £11 per person! The fried breakfast was rubbery from being left under heat lamps. There were few choices of cereal. The porridge was nowhere to be seen, despite a sign. A pot labelled lemon juice (for pancakes) contained a dark, viscous substance that smelled vauguely of lemons. Needless to say we were left hungry. We stayed there for a wedding and though I understand that the food may have been down to the bride & groom's taste, the food selection was disappointing. Especially the evening buffet. Rubbery fried chicken (one piece per person) and chips. And some cakes. Nothing else.

The air condintioning in the bathroom was extremely loud and seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes switching on for no reason at all. We just switched it off in the finish in order to get a night's sleep. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, coming from the curtains as it appeared that previous guests smoked by the window. We could see the cigarette butts on the ground outside below. Food was excellent, so were the swimming and gym facilities and top marks for room cleanliness.

Close to Derry/Londonderry City! Excellent

Had a great spa break after visiting Derry! Food was excellent and very reasonably priced! Afternoon tea beside the open fire was great after a relaxing day using facilities! Great few days thanks
