"The staff here was AMAZING. I would give more stars if I could. We were helped to our room by Jose who gave us some great tips about getting to our cruise the next day. The Vallet Representative Sally went above and beyond to help us avoid a near trip ruining swimming goggles crisis, a slight technical problem with ordering room service was immediately handled and corrected. We were so thank full to be able to take advantage of the "Cruise Parking" knowing our car was safe in good hands while we were gone. I highly recommend the Avocado toast for a light breakfast starter. The pool was perfect, Hot tub just right. And the room was comfortable and clean. We even used the gym which has chilled cold face towels available! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be staying again."
