Fantastic location, well maintained and good staff. Market cafe was quick and convenient but didn't expect to be eating out of take away boxes at a Hyatt. They need a daily buffet restaurant with egg station in such a large and nice hotel.

Love the hotel. I’ve been here 4 times. I love the brand and how it’s located right in the middle of everything..shopping, dining and the beach. This time around I did experience some set backs. I was originally told I would have to pay for parking and I showed proof that it was paid through Expedia. The receptionist didn’t do anything about it until I had to contact Expedia on my own and have them talk to management. My room was not cleaned Wednesday through Saturday until I spoke directly with one of the floor house mades and front desk. Front desk offered to eliminate my parking fee which was made clear was not to be charged in the first place.
