The Getaway

It was lovely! We also received a complimentary paddle boat ride that was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and I was able to see my cruise ship from my window. I loved it!!!

This was our second time staying here! We love the location because it’s very convenient to walk around to shop, eat, entertainment and the beach. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

So it being more on the expensive side i would assume the conditions of the room would be nicer. It was nice but not compared to the pricing. Including they charge a travel fee and parking. Even if its self parking. The beds are covered with a sheet thats just wrapped around the bed. Not an actual bed cover. Then the fridge is small as well. The beds are wobbly. The only nice thing is that the area around is nice and gives lots of options for dining and its walking distance. But overall i don't think I'd stay here again.

Room doors were dirty. Not just mine; all doors. Oily, dirty . Looked like Motel 6. Room was ok. They had water bottles with a very expense price tag of like 7 dollars unless you were a VIP customer; then you could take it for free.

Good Stay.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We received a room upgrade due to a Gold Status with Hotels.com/Expedia. Unfortunately, the transportation arrangement to the airport, that the hotel did for us, did not work as expected. It did not show up as arranged. It was an early flight. None of the hotel staff available during the night shift knew anything about our transportation. None offered any solutions or assistance. The only response we received from all three staff members was: "I don't know anything about your transportation". So, we were left hanging on our own, trying to locate the driver. We did after few attempts. Driver arrived late. But we did not miss our flight. Anyways, it would have been better to use UBER. Other than that, the stay was good.
