Booked a room here after having trouble on other sites and hotels having them accept my card. Hotels.com took my card, staff at the hotel were very calm, cool and professional. I will be coming back here anytime I need a room. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Also parking was simple and very open, loved it.

Checked in room. Once laying down instantly got bitten. Moved rooms after showed front desk my arm with welt like bites. Moved us rooms. Next day myself and my daughter's had bites all over hands chest and back. Called to inform them and got no apology or sincerity by staff. Didn't seem to care. I believe its a huge concern that needs to be looked into.

The hot tub was room temperature with very little night time lighting, no pool towels provided. Slippery floors when wet. Food was very bland at breakfast. The rooms were well provided and the microwave, and mini fridge is appreciated. It was nice to have a seperate sitting area in the room.
