Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Wir haben bis weit nach Mitternacht andere Hotelgäste gehört und konnten nicht schlafen. Ebenfalls machte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer immer wider Lärm. Auf eine Beschwerde per Mail, haben wir leider nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Santander direkt am Meer ist top. Auch das Restauraunt und das Frühstück ist super.

Personnel adéquat, a l'écoute, discret. Le seul bémol c'est la lumiere du balcon qui reste allumée jusqu'à presque une heure de matin et qu'il est impossible d'éteindre.
