Nice enough budget place to stay. No elevator, so some folks might have to request downstairs rooms. Parking fills up at night. Beds are firm and reasonably comfortable, air conditioning works well and is not overly loud. Would stay again.

Good Motel in Woodland Hills..... Nice location on Ventura Blvd and Topanga Canyon..Across the street is a good shopping mall for groceries, Bagels, Coffee, and Burgers. Rooms were very clean. Good people at reception desk and a good breakfast bar with eggs, sausage, toast, granola, fruit, yogert and muffins included.

It's an older property. No elevators, for people for whom that is an issue. Beds are in good condition, but a bit firm. Parking can tend to fill up at night. Reasonably quiet property - air conditioner works well, but does make some noise. Rooms are clean and well furnished.

The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Typical mid-range hotel breakfast; everything was fine. There is a supermarket across the street and there are lots of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. Steps away, I went to a Mediterranean restaurant (no one could agree which cuisine they meant) that had a comedy improv night. My only comment is that the rooms are not quite as nice as a those in nearby BW attached to a bowling alley. But the rates at this one are a little lower and it is on Ventura Blvd and close to highway exits. Balance your priorities.
