Terrible experience, holes and metal spring sticking out of the mattress and generally unclean after contacting the hotel I have been advised this is not covered within the hotels refund policy. The room condition is completely unacceptable

Perfect for a short stay

It is a small room, but it is comfortable and has everything you need for a 1 or 2 night stay and is good value for money for a Central London location. Everything worked, including the air conditioning unit, and whilst the room was small, the bathroom was a very decent size.
