Hotel is well located and easy to find. Safe area. Room was comfortable, tidy and very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. I only had two issues with my stay: -There’s room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt. -They lack a few amenities (toiletries to be specific). My room didn’t have any other than hand soap and shampoo. A few extra things like hand cream would be nice. Overall great place to stay :)

Location: quite good but up an alleyway or street. Surrounded by restaurants and near to the Liverpool Street Station. Hotel Room: Small room. Double bed. TV screen will limited channels. Shower was ok. There is no room for luggage. There is a hairdryer and a chair. Aircon is loud and actually quite poor at maintaining temperature. Cleanliness is average. Blonde hair on bed and erm. Blood stains on white duvet. Disgusting. Customer service: very good and polite.

We chose the cosy double with no window and it was cosy! To it’s credit it provided everything it promised and had clever ways to try maximise the space. It was small but cosy. The bed was comfy, bathroom was good but v minimal space for your belongings and 2 people to fit in. It was very clean and every member of staff we talked to was very friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay here again but maybe go for a slightly bigger room next time. London accommodation is just expensive for what you get. This location was great, easy to travel to and had plenty going on around it to explore.
