My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! Everything was great, beautiful hotel, excellent room with walk-in shower, and refrigerator, and extremely comfortable beds, The only thing missing was a microwave, which we really could have used, especially after coming back from a nearby restaurant with leftovers. I still rate it 9 out of 10!

Good size (398 sq ft) & clean room& bathroom, sufficient supplies provided, pleasant hotel staff. As a Platinum member in a VIP Access hotel, we were welcomed with 2 bottled water, 10% food discount coupon at the in house restaurant & our room was upgraded for free. We had a restful sleep because the bed is very comfortable & the room is quiet. We chose not to check the swimming pool because it is located in another across the street. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s located on a busy street for that part of town. It can be loud inside due to the bar on the first floor, still slept well though. The “fitness center” is more like a closet and it’s on the property across the street. That’s really my only complaint, otherwise staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable.
