The staff were amazing and the location is perfect. You have a grocery store across the street and a Walgreens 2 blocks away. I flew in from Houston to watch the baby metal show at intuit dome. The hotel was super close to the airport and the venue. Perfect for what I needed.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone refused to let my family check in because the reservation was in my name. He stated that it was against policy to let my family have the room that I already paid for, so Expedia fixed it. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone from your hotel was condescending.
