Great from the location, to the service received from everyone I encountered. Hotel was in a great location walking distance from Restaurants, Bars, Broadway shows and so much more. Room was clean and comfortable. Small for my taste but typical NY hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was the size of a closet, the air conditioner malfunctioned, the bath faucet got stuck. The towels were hidden behind the mirror. There were practically zero amenities and no concierge on Saturday.

I traveled alone, and arrived at 6am, so they checked my bag, and I went exploring until my room was ready, staff very accommodating. This hotel is old, and could use an update, the room didn’t have any creatures scurrying about, which was nice because I’m not use to sharing a bed with bugs. I’m a theatre goer, and this hotel is located on the same block with three theaters. All in all I’d stay here again
