I booked a king size bed and got the old switcharoo! Was assigned two queen size beds. It’s a bit disappointing but it is what it is. The carpets could use some good cleaning. Musty odor

I am a disabled customer & require assistance for most of my daily activities. I was told that the room would not be tended to every day . My medical clinical waste needed to be removed daily from our bedroom. We requestzd and it was agreed at Reception that my Clinical waste from bins would be removed from bedroom when we requested. This did not happen . My husband was given an unsatisfactory answer to what assistance would be given to us in the event of an emergency like fire Female staff gave the impression that they were uninterested in doing their jobs & that were not there to assist anyone if we had a problem. The outdoor swimming pool on our second day of using it was more than cool/ tepid.We had been told the pool was heated. We were more than disappointed with the hotel's services on this occasion. You have a Peleton bike (which wasn't connected to the internet therefore my husband could not sign in and use it . He was told there were technical problems ( the sane excuse as last year) . That was a big shame . Please could that be looked at . It can be connected wirelessly . There is a helpdesk number on the screen to assist . Otherwise its a great gym . Ancd the pool is a great size
