Stayed tonight but they were a week apart. We had a great service second time we went. We were very early because we got off of a cruise so you probably were there by 11 o'clock. They were not ready for us as we knew they wouldn't be but they got us in as soon as they could, and that meant a lot to us we will use this hotel again if we're ever down there in California thanks for the great service and nice room!

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. However the building seem bit old, the AC was noisy (turn on / off during the night), bathroom fan did not work (smell stayed in bathroom), and some small minor inconveniences. Nothing like a dealbreaker, was a reasonable value when stopping between two flights, very close to LAX with free shuttle is added value.

Nice Place Close to the Airport

Who would have thought that such as nice place would be nestled into a business area next door to Mattel?! I'm a birder so spent the morning before we departed walking the immediate area and got many species of birds including several that we don't have in Arizona. The only strange/bad thing was our shuttle to the airport. The driver dropped us off at the Delta gate for Arrivals, not departures, so we had to walk from baggage claim to the ticket counter with all our luggage to get our boarding passes and drop off our bags. Surely that's something that could be changed; makes no sense the way he did it.

The front desk check in team was very helpful and great! They didn't have much cookies in stock, which was unfortunate. The other issue was that I stayed there for two nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. They didn't even check to see if we needed fresh towels. Thank goodness I brought my own

The hotel turned us away even though we had made reservations 2 months ago, as they had accidentally overbooked walk ins. We had called the hotel 4 hours beforehand to let them know our flight was delayed, and they said not to worry as our room was guaranteed as we had a reservation. This was a lie and we had to go to a new hotel at 2am.
