The jacuzzi didn’t work, the fridge in the room didn’t work. One lady at the desk had a bad attitude & the other one was a lot nicer . The pool was kind of dirty & there was BROKEN GLASS in front of the pool area that we had to pick up before letting the kids have there fun

I was moved to a different room my original room have problems with the plumbing I had black stuff coming up in my sink and then they put me in room 607 and the sink was clogged in that room in 607 I did call downstairs and let them know what the problem was the night before I left and the problem was not rectified I'm very disappointed and very upset with this I spent money is not fair for me to spend this money I spent to live and be in the Doubletree like that and I'm sure that other people will not like to know about those kind of conditions at the DoubleTree at LAX because I'm very sure I can tell other people
