Located in a good and quiet area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the elevators was out of commission. Ice machines were not working and had to go to the 7th floor. Did see some stains on carpet and wall, besides that room looked clean.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the accommodations were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are available on-site for an additional charge, which makes dining convenient without having to leave the hotel. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Good Hotel Let Down By Staffing Issues

The hotel is in a good location and has good parking. Housekeeping staff let the place down repeatedly however. From not leaving refreshment supplies to leaving cleaning equipment in the bathroom. The final nail in the coffin was the pool - it was so filthy we could not see the bottom. So disappointing as our sone really wanted to take a swim there.
