The staff changed my reservation to a room that would not accommodate my family and young kids. I was not informed of this change and was not given any other options. My family and I had to leave the property with my kids and find other accommodations. The staff was not understanding and made zero attempt to fix this problem. Highly unsatisfied.

I am still boiling! I didn't have house keeping in my room for 4 days, and had the "do not disturb " sign on the door. On the 5th day I personally went to the front desk and told them I wanted it cleaned, fresh towels, and garbage dumped. I was assured it would be done. I came back to my room that evening and the room was untouched!!! They were pretty unresponsive because I made my reservation through an outside company. They gave me a certificate for a free night at that location to be used within a year!!! Unacceptable! Normally I would have had the room comped.

Bathroom…the toilet is broken (we had to manually flush each time) and the shower was dirty. I mean the grout needed cleaning and dispenser were practically empty. I personally enjoy our stays because of the hot breakfast and convince.
