It was an OK place to stay

Great location, our room was ok, carpets had stains on them, even the bed and the pull out had stains. We literally just went there to sleep and eat breakfast, people at the omelet section doesn’t seem to be pleasant or happy at all, they looked like they don’t want to be there. Breakfast was great btw. In my opinion the money I paid for is not worth it. I’d be happy to pay them $99/night.

breakfast amazing...it's time for new paint and remove the carpet, especially if not getting steamed cleaned in between clients. The chairs and sofa bed grimy just need to steam clean. Also i was in room 212..the plug socket had dirt all around . The spA and pool needs to be resealed and painted...overall, you can see the wear of the building.

We usually stay at the Embassy in Downey when traveling to So Cal. This time we were visiting Magic Mountain and chose Valencia for its location. I will never stay at the Downey location again. The staff is more professional. The rooms look more cared for. The bath area was clean and didn't look or feel old.

Our room faced the highway and the windows kept that noise out BUT every step taken in the room above us could be heard! Breakfast the first day was great but on the second morning, they closed the omelet area down 30 minutes early. Beware of the room behind the front desk where they sell snacks. A small bag of skittles, a hershey bar and a small bag of cookies (7 small mini cookies) came to $17. No prices were posted that i could see. And $15 for parking way out where this hotel is located is just a money grab by the hotel.

The property is clean and quiet with easy parking. We brought our small dog and she loved walking the grounds and inside the lobby where the staff treated her like she was part of the family!

The property was old and dirty looking. We had to switch rooms because the first room was not clean. In the second room, the vent from the ac fan was very loud and shook the floor. The pool water looked murky and dirty. The hot tub was old and rundown. I do not recommend. The staff was very nice though.
