Wendy at the front desk! She was awesome and helped me as I had to change my plans and shorten my stay in LA in order to get back to Texas before the inclement weather. You should give her a raise in pay!! She was very nice & sweet. I travel a lot for work and she is right up there with hotel staff who I remember for good quality customer service!

I was given a room that had been reserved to someone else. This incident was very upsetting for my daughter, who is only 12 years old, and honestly, it scared me as well. We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 a.m. after a three-hour flight, completely exhausted and just hoping to get some rest. Instead, we were put in a situation that left us feeling shaken and unsafe. I can only imagine how scared and upset the other guest involved must have felt too because he was sleeping. This situation has never happened to me before! That night, I barely slept. I kept waking up every hour, worried that something similar could happen again. I did ask for the parking fee to be waived, and while that was granted, I feel that given what we went through, more consideration should have been offered. I had to ask for any compensation myself, which added to the disappointment. Because of this experience, I now feel hesitant about booking another stay with Hilton. I will think twice.

Overall a great stay. Staff was super friendly, had great amenities and didn’t need to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. Room was okay. Only issue was the spare bed in the bedroom was dirty and the sheets weren’t changed. But over great place and super convenient and comfortable

When we arrived to check in, the hotel was overbooked. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour along with several other people. They let us know that we were going to get a walk letter, which meant that they would send us to another hotel but there was only one person at the front desk And his computer kept giving him problems. They were able to clean a room and we were able to stay there, but then when we went to park our car, there were no more hotel spaces available. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to park in a red curb area, which was OK, but it did make me nervous that my car might get towed. Overall, not a good experience.
