Nice hotel good stuff. But they need little more communicate. Because my husband has broken knee so I need park my car at disabled parking places for him to get easy access. I talk to the front desk the girl helped me check in she said no worries she will let the security guard know. But next day there’s note on my car from the hotel manager said I took wrong spot to park even the letter said very polite but still make me feel uncomfortable. Other than that everything good. Well come back again.

The hotel service was very good — the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The surrounding area is also great, with a pleasant environment and convenient location. However, the room facilities need improvement. The air conditioning system is very old and extremely noisy. It was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Unfortunately, once the AC was off, the room became very cold, and the blanket provided was quite thin and not warm enough. In addition, the coffee machine in the room did not work properly. Even after adding water and coffee capsules, no coffee came out after waiting for a long time. Overall, the service and location were excellent, but the outdated equipment significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

We stay here regularly because the property is very pet friendly and the environment is unparalleled. It is also conveniently near the free way and many restaurants. We upgraded for a junior suite this time and the extra space was nice for very little additional fee. Highly recommended

We stayed with them for four nights. There was no room service after the first night, so we reported it to the front desk. There was again no room service after the second night, and we complained a second time. Finally, the room was cleaned after the third night, but no bath towels were provided, so we had to contact the front desk again.
