Room was disappointing, shower did not work properly, light in bathroom had a short in it and kept going out. Had maintenance come to check it out and was told it’s a power surge through the Hotel. Carpet was filthy through out the Hotel. Very worn down.

Staff were extremely unaccommodating. I called in advance to ask about checking in early and notified the property about a service dog at the time of booking - both requests of which they were unaware and very unaccommodating about. Disappointing given the reputation of a Hilton.

I have stayed in this hotel for a long time B4, also enjoy it for the location of all the restaurants and eateries, even though it’s a little older property. Recently they opened a restaurant and it’s a good Chinese restaurant for dim sum and seafood but the problem is the parking at street level is scarce. In addition, I was not happy when for the 3 night’s stay there I was not able to get housekeeping service NOT EVEN ONCE!! And it’s after numerous attempts to asked for the service.
