Such a nice try.

Somehow misses the mark in the attempt to be a classy place, but points for doormen that always opening the front doors etc. Room design is above the norm but I feel like they’re missing the mark on looking high-class with odd bulky furniture. Restaurant is similarly “classy” but overpriced and my entire bacon/egg breakfast was cold, including the coffee.

Overall I did enjoy my stay here. It's a nice hotel easy to check in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Has a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. I love the modern and vintage aspects of the hotel. Front desk and valet were very friendly. They had complimentary breakfast for certain dishes. I would say my only disappointment would be the service for breakfast. The food was good no complaints. I do believe the servers need to communication more with the guest about wait times, and ensure that everyone has been helped.

Hotel was clean. Staff was courteous. When we were leaving for universal (with 2 kids), one of the staff members asked us if we wanted water and gave us 3 bottles of chilled water on a hot day. That gesture was very sweet. Food options were good (we had dinner and BF there). Free BF option was just small portion of granola , yogurt and fruit. You have to order food for BF. Room was comfortable and clean with 2 beds. I am not sure about VIP benefits. I didn’t receive any VIP benefit. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

In my opinion this hotel is the “Landlords special” of hotels looks very nice and luxurious however I’ve stayed at Motel 8 that was better than this for 1/4 of the price. Curtains were super dirty, furniture was damaged, blankets were dirty and had holes in them. We found a Spider under one of the pillows like seriously? Bathroom appeared nice however had to flush several times for it to go down. Shower made a loud and obnoxious high pitched noise. Walls seem to be made of paper every time anyone walked through the hall it could be heard very clearly and all noise from cars driving outside the hotel resonated in the room. Overall very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone. The one good thing I could say is that the staff and valet were very friendly but that’s it.

There was food in the refrigerator from the previous stay. They give only two pastries in breakfast per room and we were 4 people. The milk was finished at 8:30am and they said that they will get a new supply only around noon. We ordered hot chocolate and never received it although we reminded them often.
