this is my second stay at this hotel in the past 2 years. I liked the location, amenities, the stuff is nice and rooms clean. The only reason I am giving the BAD reviews is because of the charges I incurred: I booked via Expedia and prepaid a month ago, when checked in they confirmed the prepaid via Expedia, then I was told that they will charge a $50 my card for incidentals, I said OK as that is the standard. I did not check my credit card until I got back home... at check-in they charged the whole fare once again for my 2 days stay, and also $100 for incidentals (which they refunded after the stay was over). Now I am trying to get a hold of them to send my money back ...

Option maid service?

They are still playing the game of optional maid service on a request only basis. I told them when I checked in I wanted the room maid up each day but by 3pm, beds still unmade and wet towels still in BR. Reminded them at front desk and was reassured we were on the list but they never came.

Lovely hotel but….

The photos of the rooms showed a coffee maker but these were not available in any room. This is poor & deceptive. The room was lovely but no cleaning until requested the night before. Lovely pool area but pool wasn’t heated.

A total gem!!

A total gem of a hotel! Very dog-friendly which was a huge bonus for us. Great area with lots of dining options. Absolutely charming all around. Will definitely stay here again.
