It's impossible to be better!

Excellent, I liked everything. The bed is wonderful, the staff are kind and polite, especially the breakfast and reception staff. There's also a super cool bar and restaurant on the terrace. I loved the experience.

Cute, but extremely loud.

Hotel was in great location. Staff was great. Amenities were okay. The noise from the rooftop club, and surrounding bars was horrific. Just endless thumping until 2:00AM.

First, you must valet or park somewhere nearby sketchy. The area around there was sketchy and unsafe with people wandering the streets all night and sleeping all over the sidewalks and beach. The room needs updating. The bathroom had mold in the caulk and gaps in the tile which who knows what’s underneath. They charge a ridiculous amount for any beverage or snack in the room. The place seems gimmicky almost. Not a nice beach vacation like we had hoped. Then for two of us, I got slammed with an additional $320 for 3 nights for the forced valet and I’m not sure what else. Needless to say, that was a surprise and I definitely would have booked somewhere else. Won’t be returning.

The ONLY place to stay in Venice Beach

We dropped off our bags at 9:00am with an incredibly helpful gentleman. We returned at 11:00am to check-in. Two gentleman helped us, clearly explained the amenities available at no charge - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, breakfast, etc. The room was massive! If you’re staying in Venice Beach this is the place!!!

Rooftop Bar is a Ripper

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the balcony is great to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The rooftop bar is what really makes this place. Nice cocktails and share plates. The breakfast was good with lovely freshly cut fruit, scrambled eggs, various meats depending on the day, bagels, toast, jams etc.
