Check in lady was super but the hotel check in process was the longest I've ever had. From having to hand write parking passes to every adult having to show an ID to the one her being by herself until another showed up. This location needlessly is causing the process to take too long.

We couldn’t sleep for the whole night, our room was on the busy road side, it was very loud. I talked to the front desk midnight(since we couldn’t sleep).he said we booked this room. We supposed to stay here for another 2 nights after our cruise, I canceled it right away!
