Can't recommend any more unfortunately

I have stayed here several times and it was always okay. This time it was a bit different. The people at the counter seemed disinterested in helping, our TV didn't work and we had to call for help and wait for them to fix it. The AC didn't work and by the time they figured that out the only solution was to switch rooms, but we were too tired from our day to deal with it. They didn't even offer an apology.To add insult to injury, since our stay over a month ago I've been messaging trying to figure out why they didn't return my full deposit. Never in my life have I not gotten the full deposit back. We leave the room in great shape. They kept my money and won't answer me. I've never given a not great review, but come on guys. There are other hotels on the same street at a similar price. Maybe wait a bit until this place fixes its service issues to spend your hard earned money here.

Waited for two hours for shuttle and did not arrive, rang numerous times and was spoken to in a condescending manner. Eventually told there’s no more shuttles and charged my card. I booked at another hotel and had shuttle pick me up with 15 minutes. Disgusting , fraudulent excuse of a business. Avoid at all costs

The location is great. We walked to our car rental, to Denny’s, and to 7 Eleven. The staff are friendly and everything is clean. The fan in our bathroom was not working, so they switched us right away to another room. The parking lot is patrolled so is safe. It is $16.50 per day for hotel guests. There is free coffee, black, from 7 to 10. There is also a water fountain with bottle fill in the lobby. Th rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer are $2.75 each. We got change and detergent from 7Eleven. The hotel did not have either. We had three stays there and I would go again.
