The front desk could be managed better, oftentimes the people assisting with check in weren't present leading to long lines. I experienced it when checking in and also checking out. I was assisted by Trenya I believe her name was an older African American woman with glasses who was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area . I had some issues with my phone and she sent maintenance to fix it. shes very welcoming and has a personable attitude. some of the others weren't as inviting when approached. She accommodated me efficiently and prompt as well. my one concern is that the day before I checked out at around 3:10am I kept getting knocks at my door from a complete stranger, I wasn't expecting guest . I didn't answer my door to them I just yelled from the bed "who is it & what did they want " I told them I didn't know them and they responded "are you sure" that led me to curse them out because it was weird and gave me a bad feeling. you need a room key in order to get unto any floor of the elevator, and I was told everyone on the property even guest without a room need an ID and for it to be put into their system. I called the front desk and informed them and they sent security - they must've seen it on their camera because I could hear them describing the man on the walkie talkie once security made it onto my floor , I never got up to the door to even look into the peep hole when the stranger was at my door, be cautious and always safe in all environments.

A definite must do again!

Absolutely amazing! The staff was wonderful.... Very helpful and accommodating. The security guard Frank was THE BEST! The airport shuttle was right on time and perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!
