Not far from universal

The location was not far from universal and budget friendly. The room itself was clean. I liked having a big bathroom with a big vanity right out the door. The light doesn’t bother the people sleeping on the other side so that was a plus that allowed me to get ready without waking the kids. Beds were okay regarding comfort but everything was good.

Helpful, clean, comfortable, affordable hotel with free transport to and from BUR airport (ask the front desk about it). They let you print out your events tickets and boarding passes, check emails for free on their lobby computer. The Cuban place in the lobby had delicious food. We stayed here after a family funeral, and visited universal studios. It was perfect for what we needed.

Walls and ceiling are thin and very noisy above us. They woke us up with their jumping up and down, marching around or whatever they were doing. Highway noise is also very noisy. NOT a relaxing or restful stay, and I would not recommend this hotel. Pillows were lumpy.

We stayed 2 nights, room was clean, beds were comfortable, fridge in the room, parking is big and don’t have to pay, I could hear cars passing by maybe from the freeway or the Main Street, there’s a big shopping center near by with lots of options for eating, and feels safe, I would stay here again!

When we got into our room the lamp on desk, refrigerator and TV did not work. None of those items were plugged in. We had to move the furniture and plug everything in plus hook up the cable.
