Staff at desk aren’t very friendly. Asked for housekeeping and she came at 3:00. No good dining. Air conditioning unit leaked into the room. Parking is terrible. The whole place needs renovation. Won’t stay there again.

The parking lot was difficult to navigate, the main drive and spaces. we’re narrow and only one direction; we had to back out of our parking lot. The hotel itself is quiet, but our neighbor was yelling at 2am; we could clearly hear his conversation. Although it didn’t bother us, the freeway traffic was very evident.

This hotel is really clean and cozy. I have stayed here a few times and like coming back. It’s affordable and located right off the freeway making it close to a lot of things. The staff is always friendly. I’ve always felt safe here. Parking is easy and there are about it spaces. The only downfall is the there are only a few spaces that are in a gate.

This is an older building but the rooms have been renovated at some point and it is kept clean. I appreciate that our room was clean. There’s always room for improvement however we were overall happy with our stay. The morning we checked out there were a lot of men hovering around our room which was very uncomfortable. Perhaps the property has issues with people overstaying so they bring in reinforcements but I was with my husband and young child so this was slightly unsettling.

The property is right next to interstate 5. It gets loud at times if your room is on that side which ours was. The room was recently remodeled and was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was not very good. Do NOT get the breakfast it was so greasy and subpar. Free coffee in the lobby would have been a nice feature. The area around the hotel was sketchy. Homeless people all over the place. It was just my daughter and I and I didn’t really feel that safe at times. There is a reason why the parking is gated. I don’t I would stay here again. The front desk people were all so nice though.

Our little trip

My wife and I were looking for an affordable hotel that wasn’t too far away from universal studios Hollywood. The location was right off the highway about 20 minutes away from the theme park. It was a little quieter than I thought it would be. First off our room was on the fourth floor and the elevator closest to the room was out of order and the next closest we found out only went to the third. The room was nice except the small tv, the tiny pillows and it looked the the floor hadn’t been swept. The bed was comfy except the tiny pillows which were thin and when you roll on your side you fall off your pillow. Parking was a little tight especially if you need to turn around.
