Mall, target, food not far. Restaurant on site. Pretty good. Parking is a little crowded, but overall I rate this an 8 out of 10. Staff is really nice and helpful and when you ask for something they move fast.

Room was clean. We could not sleep people in other rooms were loud running around all hours of the night. Staff was loud when cleaning rooms. We could hear too much noise from the freeway. We did not sleep much at all the 2 nights we stayed. We also saw a rat outside on property. We did let management know.

Everything was great except for one of the mornings after we got home at 2am from Universal Studios, the housekeeping staff had their carts outside of our room and were loudly talking to each other at 7:30am-9:00am. It would have been nice to be respectful of guests to have stored the carts away from guest rooms and have been quieter at early times right outside rooms. They do know which ones are occupied.

We stayed at #428. The room itself was good. It’s the noise coming from the window through the small window was quite bothersome. They need to fix the seals is said window. It’s as if it was open. The pillows, too need replacing.
