need to improve on cleanliness, there was some stains on the bed and i could tell that the sheets were not properly washed. additionally there is not heat only AC. and i saw a piece of hair in between the towels in the bathroom. other than cleanliness it’s fine if your planning to stop for a quick night or two

The hotel's room they give us was not the cleanness. The room corner, the sofa and the bed spread appeared they have not been clean for months. The iron was used by the previews person staying in the room she/he burned the carpet with it, left the iron in the closet and the person who "cleaned" the room did not noticed it? common! Good thing I have videos of the room before we used it. I never like to give a bad review but hopefully they use this review for improvement because its a beautiful place.

The older lady and the young girl the day i arrived both had a horrible attidude and no customer service at all the young girl was being very rude to a guest as well before it was my turn to be assited. I’m a manager myself and that was horrible to see no empathy or patience at all.

We did not like the run down property. I also did not like the staff does not come to clean the room. They do not come to dump the trash out of the room. We had to do it ourselves. I asked form them to pick up the dirty towels and they did not. On the day we left, I had to leave the towels we used for 4 days in a bag outside the room door for them to pick up. I also think the room was a fire hazard.The outlets in the room were faulty. The outlets covers look like they were ready to fall off. The room is old and dusty. The rug had alot of stains. It needs to be cleaned. The first night we stayed at the hotel. One of their guests were having a party upstairs. They were yelling and blasting music until the early morning hours. We could not get any sleep. I will not stay here again!!

I liked the location, it’s next to Whittier Narrows so the greenery is nice and relaxing. This property is next to the 60 freeway so it was very convenient and easy to drive to.

Rented a room from Wednesday to Saturday. Got there on Thursday and our reservations were cancelled. We prepaid for the room and still gat charged. We had to rebook from Thursday to Saturday for a second charge.
