Hotel pretty decent, clean and close by the Downey promenade. Staff is nice but I did have one issue. He assigned me to a room and when I was trying to get in I couldn’t and I heard a noise I tried it again and someone was in the room . Went down to the office turns out I was suppose to be in another room. Other staff did apologize. It was embarrassing but once we got the right room it was fine. Big bed to sleep in and it was quiet .

I recently enjoyed a comfortable stay at Studio Inn and Suites at Promenade Downey. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the Promenade and other local attractions. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable option in Downey.

The noise from Lakewood goes straight into the room I was in. The window was against Clarke which has a lot of traffic on the weekends and backs into the strip mall. The noise isolation from the other rooms is not good....I woke up to the neighbors snoring.....
