This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The most important part to me was the cleanliness of the property. If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

The property is beautiful and the service was great. The cost of food and beverage at the resort was very expensive. Drinks around the pool are 20-25 USD. Casual food around the pool 20-30 USD. We did not expect such high prices for Cabo. We choose to eat off the resort most of the time. There are great options directly across the street and 8 mins away at the Art Walk district.

We had a sad incident with room service in our last day, and a very rude telephone operator over a simple ham and cheese eggs omelet that I ordered. The person that took the order, did not know how to make a true omelet with real eggs, and delivered a white eggs omelet instead. I still can't understand the none sense argument when she claimed that the menu does not carried a true omelet choice. The end result, I cancelled the order. Sincerely, the hotel is a 5 star on all departments, a beautifull well maintain property and overall service the best, but room service a complete disapointment. Paying high prices and receiving low quality service is a bad choice. Improvements are needed.
