This resort was just what we needed! It was clean, food was good and the staff were amazing! Will be booking next year. If you are looking for a 5 star experience well you wont have that here. But the staff treat you like a 5 star establishment. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar was just what i needed. Its more of a relaxed and chill environment with all the guests. Almost every guest we talked to were repeats some coming back every year for almost 18 - 20 years. Cant wait to come back!

We wanted to be close to the beach and shopping. Hotel Posada Real is on the beach which is what we wanted. The local market/shopping is about a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel itself is not luxurious but the rooms and restrooms were nice and clean, and it’s in a great location. We didn’t experience any disturbances throughout our trip. We honestly relaxed! They have a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who don’t want to wander out. The menu changes every day and offers several dishes to choose from. Prices are reasonable and the food is decent. There are also several restaurants at a walking distance to satisfy your taste buds if the buffet isn’t or doesn’t offer what you’re in the mood for. The servers, waiters and staff are very friendly. Shout out to Selerino, Luis & Javier! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would also say this is a family friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

They need to repair and maintain the pool. The room is okay. No elevator going to the 3rd floor. Waiters are NOT so friendly. They forget or ignore your food or drink order. Food selection limited. No gymn facility, except the tennis court they have. Compared to Cancun with power like sand, the sand here is a bit rough. Mornings and evenings are very cold this time of the year.

It was a great stay for many reasons! The room was clean, the staff were extremely kind and courteous! We found the food quality and choices to be excellent. The activities and entertainment were also very good. The location and size of this resort are exactly what I had hoped for and I was not disappointed. Plan to go there again!

Breakfast is always amazing! For the price this spot is great! The WiFi is not good, but I spend most of my time off resort. So many great spots nearby and restaurants in walking distance.

Room tiles dirty all the time, bedding upgrade needed & a sofa bed should be included. Mini fridge should be filled during all inclusive stays. More food options for kids we have to eat out. Pool needs to be cleaned daily. More sun loungers as everyone took them to the beach. Tennis starting at 7.30am was ridiculous it went on all day on an ocean view suite you couldn’t sit outside due to screaming. For this reason mostly is the 3/5 rating. Stop the stupid early morning tennis & they kept going until 10pm.

Great price for the area! Very helpful staff! I was impressed with the activities organized by the hotel staff, aqua aerobics, and various tours and activities! The food at the swimming pool bar was excellent, especially the egg battered shrimp tacos!
