Despite not being members, my wife and I have stayed at the Finisterra 7 times since 2019, so the property has some appeal. The Finisterra sits in a unique location with views of both the marina and the Pacific. This trip was by far, our worst, primarily because of room issues. In summary: The Good: * Ismael, the bartender at the VIP pool/bar is the best. * Other waiters/servers around the property are generally very good and kind. * Beautiful and unique views from the property The Worst: *Our room (Finisterra Casita Suite) smelled like sewage, was reported multiple times, and nobody seemed to care about resolving it. Not sure it was actually safe to stay in the room, but we kept the sliding door open. The Bad: * Food is average, maybe above average for an all-inclusive. It is not as good as pre-Covid, but better than the last few years. Beef across the property restaurants is terrible. * Limited restaurant options, with not having Don Diego open as a Mexican restaurant for dinner * Sliding glass door lock broken (did not really matter because we had to keep it open most of the time) * Sink stopped up * Broken mirror above sink If we return, it will be because of the friendly and kind service staff.

Food was good, but not great. I drank a lot of alcohol but never felt it's effects at all. Staff were very friendly and resort had an excellent location. Sales pressure at airport and walking around harbor was constant and prevented me from booking or buying anything.

Sandos was beautiful! Built into the mountain is spectacular. It is great walking distance to the marina. We went every night after dinner. The staff was delightful. Cupcake cafe made amazing coffee! I would recommend this property for couples looking to relax. Very few kids and not much to keep them occupied.

The property is not huge, which we appreciated. There was always something going on so you were never bored. The staff is amazing and the food was the best I have had at an all inclusive. The only downside is the noise when staying in a Marina view room. The view is great, the noise from the nightly entertainment, the Marina and the nightly wedding receptions held at the hotel, made it very noisy at night.

A Truly Relaxing Cabo Getaway – Sandos Finisterra Delivers! Just got back from an unforgettable stay at Sandos Finisterra in Cabo San Lucas, and I can't say enough good things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of—Norma at the pool was an absolute gem! Her warmth and attention made our days by the water even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights? No stress, no hassle. There was never a fight for lounge chairs at the pool (huge win), and the best part—no reservations needed for dinner. We were able to enjoy great meals without planning everything in advance, and no lines anywhere made the whole experience feel so relaxed and luxurious. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff make it all shine. If you're looking for a resort that’s beautiful, well-run, and truly stress-free, Sandos Finisterra is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff is gracious and professional. The pools clouded up one day of our stay to the point where you couldn’t see bottom. The weakest aspect is the food. Pretty mediocre. Our room overlooked the stage and was very loud every night until 10pm.

This is an amazing property! Close for walking everywhere. It’s a beautiful resort with great food options. Rooms are a little old but you can’t beat the ocean view. Beach is a little rough, not kid friendly, tide is deep and would take them. Beautiful beach, our friends got married here and they definitely know what they’re doing. Very organized wedding planner for the resort. We would stay here again
