Dated hotel for the price also the food was mediocre. Breakfast buffet was 6/10. The scrambled eggs at Diego tasted like fish/salmon… The plastic cups they use for the all inclusive drinks had a weird smell when drinking from them. The coffee place was 6/10 the coffee was not that good also they had one guy working there while the line up was to outside. Talk about slave driving. The room service was ok as well, burger was the only decent thing. They had shrimp with cheese wrapped in a tortilla that was the worst combo I have ever tried. Sadly they even messed up French fries. Fish tacos were good at the pool bar restaurant.

We loved our stay at Sandos Finisterra. The resort, our room was cleaned. The workers were cleaning all the time. The beds were very comfortable. The food and drinks were very good too. The desserts at the restaurants were delicious. I didn’t care for the cupcake shop. The few things that I did try, I didn’t care for. We really enjoyed the nightly shows, especially the white party on the beach! We had round trip service from the Speedy service. Getting to the hotel, no problem. But trying to get a hold of them to secure our pick up, was a little nerve racking. Diego at the concierge was a big help. I would definitely return to this resort again!😊

The room was spotless but dated. It could use a refresh for sure. I really liked having the filtered water in my room!! Thank you for not using plastic bottles!! I do think the cupcake cafe could use another staff member!! It’s always busy and there’s only one person working their tail off while the line grows.

Food was decent for the most part, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast was my least favorite. It seemed like even within 30mins of opening for breakfast the pre-scrambled eggs were always cold. The bacon was always super overcooked and hard (and i like crispy bacon). The omelet station was amazing, and I loved having all the fresh fruits! All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Our little fridge didn't work the whole week we were there, which was disappointing because we couldn't keep any beer or soda at even a decent temperature for the evenings when everything was closed. We asked to have it swapped out a few times but it never got fixed. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The Adult Only pool with the swim up bar was our favorite hang out in the warm afternoons. The bartenders were all ver friendly and helpful.
