The staff is very friendly. at the restaurant Alberto was always checking in making sure we were enjoying our dinner/lunch. At the pool bar Jerry makes the best drinks and he was very welcoming! From check in to check out we had a great stay.

The property itself was beautiful but our room was very outdated. The shower was small and uncomfortable, the toilet barely flushed and when it did, it made a horrible sound. Our mini fridge didn’t work, and the water was brown. The staff was overall friendly except for one person who was incredibly rude when I asked to have my bracelet put back on after it was removed for the wedding we were in. The food was okay around the property, but room service food was inedible. This did not feel like a 5 star resort and I guess I expected more

We love Sandos! The entire staff is always so welcoming and wonerful. But, Norma and Joel are the BEST!! We keep coming back to Sandos because of Norma's beautiful energy and smile, and Joel's hospitality and friendliness can't be beat! They are always working HARD and ALWAYS smiling!! The rooms were very out dated especially the bathrooms, the food was OK so we went out to town to eat, the exterior of the facilities was AMAZING. Day one only 1 of of the 3 elevators were working and the restaurants were all on the 7th floor, day 4 the 3rd elevator went down, all the guest were very annoyed as the wait was usually 4 to 8 minutes.

Time and time again Sandos Finisterra has proven to be our top choice in Cabo! The location provides for easy access to the Marina and down town. The resort has?delicious dining options and activities through the day. Most of all the Staff is amazing and always very willing to make your stay extra special!
