This south-facing villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, rooftop terrace, balcony, and a pleasant terrace surrounding the house. On the terrace, you’ll find a large private jacuzzi with an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a large table for 6 people.
Here you can enjoy sunlight all day long.
On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and two full bathrooms with showers.
From this floor, you have access to the spacious balcony and rooftop terrace. On the rooftop, you can enjoy stunning views of Torrevieja’s two salt lagoons.
The entire property is equipped with central air conditioning (hot/cold).
