Spacious, newly built villa with private pool and parking on the property. Only 15 minutes from the beautiful Costa Blanca beach and close to excellent golf courses.



Enjoy your holiday in this modern villa in Los Montesinos. The house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, a rooftop terrace, balconies, and a generous terrace around the house. Outside, relax in the private heated pool with outdoor shower—ideal for year-round use. Pool heating is available upon request and for an extra fee; please request at least 3 days before arrival.



On the ground floor, you'll find the living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, the first bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.



Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, TVs, built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms with showers. From here, access the large balcony and the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja.
