The first room I was given "the maids forgot to clean." The second room was better except for the stains on the carpet. Also, the soap dish had not been cleaned and had a pubic hair in it. The trash in the bathroom was full from previous guests. The staff was nice though.

The front desk staff was great. However there was leftover food left in our fridge that smelled really bad and the shower head was taped to the rail in the shower.

The property was under renovation. With that in mind, the room was not clean. This Hampton Inn does not meet the standard I experience at other Inns by Hilton. I travel to Kentucky often. I will not stay at this property again.
