Although the website picture does not accurately represent the hotel, its convenient location and friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, made my stay pleasant. I felt secure and confident that my personal belongings were safe; I even left a tip, which remained untouched upon my return to the hotel.

Excellent staff, who go out of their way to help. Breakfast ok but ran out of hot food by 9am and we had to wait till more was made by which time we’d eaten other things that were available. Walls a little thin, you could hear your neighbours very clearly.

Booked for 2 nights. Staff did not clean the room. We asked for towels twice - once mid day, and another before we left for dinner. We had to ask again before we got fresh towels. Disappointed with this stay, but I know staff can also be busy because the hotels hosts a lot of pilgrims. Just wished the experience was better.

Excellent stay. Food was delicious, good quality. The bar area for happy hour was excellent. The parking was safe. The location was so convenient to the Sanctuary. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.
