Awesome place, very near to our tours’ meeting points too. Somehow our AC stopped working when we came back in hot weather and couldn’t be fixed until next day. But they provided us two fans that took care pretty well. Breakfast was awesome with healthy choices. Ambiance and service were great. A lot of food options around it too. Would highly recommend!!

Only 2 blocks walking distance from the train station. Very nice boutique hotel with spacious accommodations. We were 4 friends and had a big 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with balconies making it spacious for all our luggage. Top notch staff. Two of my friends left 2 items behind and hotel called us after check out and even mailed the items to our upcoming destination and it was there when we arrived. Amazing! I would give more stars if available. And to top it off… didn’t charge us anything for this. Would definitely recommend

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Cascada! The staff are so helpful. They speak English very well, even though they feel that they don't. Haha! They are excellent at accommodating unusual needs and they are knowledgeable about booking activities in the area. We will definitely stay at Cascada again!

The front desk staff forgot to give us our 6 am wake up call. Front desk staff also gave us incorrect sight seeing information. After I complained to Expedia last time, about this, the hotel gave us an unwanted very small inexpensive box of chocolates. When I told the hotel manager that we felt they should refund us fifty per cent of one night’s stay she refused and said she could not do that. When we argued with her she took off one of our breakfast charges. We do not believe this is adequate compensation for our very poor experience. Our room overlooked many train tracks and was very loud and noisy until midnight every day. The Cascada Hotel is situated in a dirty and derelict rundown area of town. The included breakfast offerings each morning were inconsistent, as was the very unpredictable unprofessional service at the hotel breakfast restaurant. This is not a four star hotel in any way shape or form.

Can not recommend Cascada

4 stars are totally overrated, my single room didn't even have space to leave my open suitcase anywhere and no space to empty it either. I am slim, still I knocked myself several times in the bathroom. A more round person wozld not fit in maybe sideways. Only instant coffee in the room, very poor for 4 stars. Good: location perfect service was good and friendly, free non-alcoholic mini bar, decent free nespresso coffee in the lobby (6 levels below my room). Too much money for too little comfort.

Great stay - just 2 points: price of filtered water in the restaurant was expensive (want to do the right thing eco wise but at €12 for 2 of you is a lot), and the offer of plastic water bottle on check out didn’t seem right. Other than that everything was excellent.

The room was small but contained everything that I would expect it to contain and all was in good condition. All staff I met were courteous and attentive. I was there for just one night but would have gladly stayed longer 🙂
