You will find peace and quiet in this summer house overlooking the fjord, where you can enjoy evenings on the terrace or gather around the fire in the large, enclosed garden. The house has a brand new kitchen with a reading corner, a bright living room for movies and games, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The interior design provides space for both togetherness and tranquility, so you can be together in your own way.



The large, enclosed garden gives you privacy and freedom to be outdoors without disturbances. There are soccer goals for a game on the lawn, and at the back of the garden you can make a bonfire with bread on a stick and marshmallows under the open sky.



Walk to the fjord or up into the forest directly from the house. Visit the Forest Tower, Avnø Nature Center, or Knudshoved Odde. Karrebæksminde beach is nearby, and you can eat at Stacys Diner or Gourmet Restaurant Bespis. Also, visit the Goose Tower in Vordingborg or Holmegaard Glassworks.

A beautifully decorated vacation home. Typical Danish style. Clean and well-maintained. We loved it. The house has all the comforts you could want. A large yard and a quiet location. Not too far from the sights. Ideal!

The house is really quite small. It was fine for three people; it’ll work for four, but it gets very cramped with more than that. It’s a beautiful house. We felt very comfortable there. But the value for money is a bit iffy (about 1,700 euros for 10 days). The kitchen is a bit of a hodgepodge in terms of appliances, and the upper cabinets only open halfway because of the sloping ceiling. The bathroom is really small. The garden is very nice—there’s plenty of space to play and relax. And there are lots of blackberries to snack on. What was really inconvenient was that the description didn’t mention that the bedroom with the two single beds was in a separate little house. So one child had to sleep on a folding mattress. This should have been made clear before booking. It was nice that the beds were made up with linens, even though I hadn’t requested them.
