Spa faciliteterna hade varit bra om det fanns en utomhus pool, samt att vik/solstolarna var helt under en stor ek vilket skymde solen helt. Svårt att få tid för massage, försökte 4 gånger men tyvärr hade inte sommarjobbare befogenhet att boka tider och den som kunde satt i möte 2 av gångerna vi försökte få en tid. Slut på vanligt te så jag köpte mig eget, frukosten i övrigt var något vidare, kall äggröra och bacon och mest sura vindruvor som frukt. (Endast en dag av 4 fanns det extra med vattenmelon) Ingen AC på rummen men vi fick med en mindre fläkt. Golfbanan som ligger precis bredvid var i toppform och mycket trevlig att spela. Trevlig personal på hotellet men väldigt juniora i restaurangen och spa. Största besvikelsen var spat då detta var varför vi bokade.

Extremt litet rum. Man fick klättra in till dubbelsängen. I restaurangen serverades maten en timme efter att vi satt oss vid bordet. Maten var inte prisvärd. Dålig städning på rummet.

Väldigt litet och trångt rum, helt charmlöst. Tjejen i receptionen var hjälpsam och fixade toapapper till vårt rum, då det saknades. Middagen och servicen i restaurangen var undermålig. Oengagerad personal i både restaurang och bar, förutom hovmästarinnan som gjorde sitt bästa. Överstekt röding, väldigt liten portion. Kommer inte att rekommendera Lundsbrunn.

A SPA hotel without SPA

A SPA where check in is 3PM and the SPA close at 4 PM is nothing but a pure scandal. I called the reception ahead to check if the hotel reservation we hade made,( Expedia) could be added with SPA, and got a positive answer. Jepp, 45 minutes formally SPA hours, but practically NO. Another thing....since this initial diappointment from no SPA was present during our stay... Why "bang on the big drum" using the environmental angle when taking away orange juice from breakfast, when using disposable glasses/muggs in the hotel instead of multiuse glass. General impression of a SPA hotel without SPA hours and a hotel with pretended environmental aspects....is bad

Dålig luftcirkulation, inga handdukar byttes på 5 dagar, gammal/ej aktuell matsedel i appen. Platsen fantastisk, föredömligt god frukost och toppen-service. Vi kommer tillbaka 😊🍓🌻 (Farfars far arbetade på Lundsbrunn som källarmästare i många år. Dog 1952, då 82 år. Begravd på Ova kyrkogård)
