This hotel was the highlight of our trip to France in terms of hotels. The front desk staff was outstanding -- super friendly and always willing to help with anything. The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

Very convenient to the Perrache train station which is what we wanted. Didn’t feel like the safest area, especially the bus station that you need to walk through to get to the train station. Hotel was inexpensive, clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was good value for money.
