I can’t say enough great things about my stay here! It was very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I stayed at a couple hotels/ resorts in Maceió, and this was by far the best.

The hotel needs renovation! The room is a good size but the floor was dirty! When you go out to the shower, walk into the room, your foot will turn black! The location is great!

Great!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are extremely nice and welcoming and the pool is great! It's situated right beside the sea so the location is great too. We had a spa treatment too which was a great price and very enjoyable!

We loved it!

We booked the cheapest room, but as we checked in we recieved a room at Bali Floor, for the same price! Great from the beginning! Food and service was great. For couples with children, the hotel offers lots of entertaining. Definetly going back when I become a mother!
