Nice rooms. Friendly desk service. You get to order items for your free breakfast! Very satisfied. We were attending the Wisconsin High School Boys State Tennis Tournament and the location of the Best Western worked out very well for us. Plenty of free parking available.

The location is very close to shopping, restaurants, research park, though still quiet enough. Room was clean & stocked but smelled a bit musty. Breakfast room was nice and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at motels. Staff was friendly and competent, but the front desk clerk was wearing a cap that said, "I voted for a convicted felon," which seemed inappropriate for a business dealing face-to-face with the public.

This is my favorite stay in Madison, I love this place! Troy and his staff doing an excellent job keeping this place clean, cozy and well prepared. I can’t believe the prices you get for this hotel. A great spot

This is a new and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again. The location is not down town, but that's not their fault! It's a great spot. Excellent fresh cooked free breakfast. I always enjoy a Best Western.

Good find

This is not a luxury hotel but it is convenient, comfortable and inexpensive. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable except the sofa bed we only used as a sofa wasn’t great. The cooked to order breakfast was good and breakfast room comfortable. We would probably stay here again.

I enjoyed the professionalism of the staff. The rooms were clean. The only issue was the backside of the building is incredibly noisy when the garbage trucks were there for about ten minutes.
