The elevators were unique in they they were different sizes, making it fugue to get out luggage in and out. And the room was stifling hot! So much so that we had to open up two windows. The privilege there is that we froze.

This is one of my favorite midtown spots to stay,. It is centrally located and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms while basic provide a haven from the craziness of the city after a long day of sightseeing.

Joey and the other desk clerks could not have been more welcoming. The hotel is more vintage than others, but that added to the charm. On the same street as a Walgreens and several eateries, so getting morning coffee, food or other necessities was very easy. I will stay here again.

This property is a great hotel. The room was comfortable and modern even though the lobby feels like you are stepping back in time. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is not a restaurant but there are several options close by. Just a short walk to Times Square, theaters and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff and service were excellent! We were a little disappointed in the room because the walls were very thin, the heater was extremely loud all night, and there was not a fridge in our room.

Great location! The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The toilet in our bathroom kept running after it was flushed but we would just go move the handle up and it would stop. I would have preferred a queen size bed instead of a full but that wasn’t too bad. Our room was right by the elevator so we heard everytime it came up and down, it made a loud knocking noise. If I stayed there again, I would request a room not by the elevator.
