I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but this was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet had a disgusting yellow stain inside the lid that made it look like it had overflowed before and was never properly cleaned. Everything felt old and poorly maintained.
The shower wouldn’t stop dripping unless you used a lot of force to close it. At first, I thought it was broken. My friend in another room had the same issue, and I even heard someone else complaining about the showers in the lobby. Clearly, this is a common problem.
The AC was shut off, and my room felt like an oven. They said it was because it was cold outside, but my room was still unbearably hot. I had to sleep with the window open both nights, which made me feel unsafe because my room was connected to an emergency exit where anyone could walk by.
Housekeeping also entered my room without permission while I was gone, even though I didn’t request service. I had personal items everywhere, including an important item on my bed. When they changed the sheets, it fell under the bed, and I thought it had been taken to the laundry. I was panicking because losing it could have been a disaster. Luckily, it was found later, but it never should have happened.
I stayed in other hotels in the same area for the same price and they were amazing. This place was overpriced, poorly maintained and overall stressful.
