This was way closer to Time Square than I thought it was. Big plus. Our room was clean and livable. It wasn’t fancy but the price was perfect for it. Parking was down the street. We used cabs to get around since I didn’t want to navigate the traffic in our rental. Many areas were walkable like shopping, Time Square, Empire State Bldg, Central Park, and many Broadway theaters. Would stay here again. Dill & Parsley (across the street) and bodega next door had great food.

This property is located so close to everything- which helped in the heat wave that hit NY during our visit! Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Would stay here again!

Friendly and responsive staff, and house keeping did a wonderful job on my room everyday. Great location, easily accessible from the subway. Not many amenities, but then again, I was in NYC and was not in my room much. I would stay again.

Ehhhh

The only air conditioning is in the lobby and a window unit in the room. The elevators are HOT and small. The hallways are equally as hot. There was someone banging on our door at 11:30 at night. We called down to the lobby and nothing was done. They said they saw a man on the camera, but didn't know where he came from. We asked to change our room, but they didn't accommodate. On a brighter note, the room was clean, as well as the bathroom.
