Unexpectedly nice

Ok. I’ve been spoiled, staying in nice Hotels and for some reason had low expectations when we reserved this hotel. Turned out to be a delightful room & was super comfortable. Had a great kitchenette in it. Everything was very clean and staff was very nice.

This was a newer property in a good location for easy access off a highway. Staff was very helpful. Room was great, with very comfortable bed and plenty of floor space. I will very likely return to this property in the future and let friends and relatives know about this hotel.

Property was easy to access from the highway. Room was clean, well-stocked with towels and a very comfortable bed. It's a hotel I will definitely return to when in Madison and recommend to my friends.

At check in we were told Hilton had cancelled our Expedia reservation. The manager had no explanation. Just that the rooms that had been reserved with an Expedia confirmation were cancelled. Pool was also out of order so we went elsewhere.

Check in staff messed up on name. No wifi access without it. Was supposed to be for two nights, but he only did it for one. I had to go back the next day to get a key that was working to get back into my room even though they had charged me for two.

Best hotel experience in years

We’ve had several bad experiences in a row over the last couple years, usually with extremely rude noisy guests above us. We were going to an all day show across the street and asked if we could check in early and requested a room on the top floor. They were more than accommodating on both requests. The room was great with more amenities than we needed. Bed was comfortable and large shower was great. Morning breakfast was more than expected with a great variety of choices. Hotel was very well staffed and everyone we encountered was great!

We’d definitely stay here again!

Home2 Suites was great for our family! The rooms were spacious and it was great having the mini kitchen to store food, make a popcorn snack, and more. The hotel and room was very clean and modern. The lobby was welcoming and the breakfast was enjoyable. There is also the convenience of Starbucks and a bar/grill next door.
