We’ve stayed here two years in a row for homecoming/Badger game. Is very convenient, staff nice, rooms clean and big, breakfast good, and lots of lobby room/comfortable. This year we could check in early which was nice.

I love staying at this hotel. It is always my first choice when staying in Madison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The location is so convenient. The room and common areas are kept very clean. The only reason I took away one star for cleanliness is the guest laundry room. Laundry access is a huge selling feature for me on this hotel (laundry is so important to me for longer hotel stays) but during my recent stay I noticed that the washing machines smelled funky, like the rubber seal around the door needs to be bleached more frequently. Otherwise, no notes. Looking forward to staying here the next time I'm in Madison.

Every time we come here the hotel is clean, updated and the service/staff is excellent. Daily breakfast is great, and I always appreciate a noon checkout instead of 10 or 11. We will continue to come here when visiting Madison to see our daughter.
