One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Paint splatters on wall and floor, door not aligned correctly, toilet paper holder broke, cold air coming in around a/c, legs canted out on bed frame, hallway smelled like marijuana, parking lot covered in litter, shower curtain rod falling off, tv but no power supply, the list goes on. Yes, homeless people around. Run as fast as you can away from this place.

They are in the middle of a renovation so there was no tv. The whole hotel smelled like smoke which gave me a horrible headache. I ended up having to check out after one loud night.

There was construction and wiring hanging from the ceiling in the hall. The tv/ cable didn't work because of this. The was a leak in the bathroom and flooding. It seems like house keeping tried wiping it with a towel and then left the soaked towel in the bathroom. The tub was still dirty after checking into the room and we had to wait to check in due to a malfunction with the computer system. Staff was friendly, but not every attentitive.

This property was almost identical to a Motel 6 I stayed at in Eau Claire, WI. Great value and I would stay again.
