Disliked: Cleanliness

We never got the chance to stay!

We arrived at the property and someone else was there. A double booking. We had to walk through a dark neighborhood at 11 pm, in a town we don't know to find a hotel at my expense. We tried to contact the property owner but with no help or response.. This has been a nightmare with little support from anyone.. all I want is my money back and compensation for the hotel cost. I have never had such a bad experience ever. I DEMAND anyone.support from anyone.
