This modern and spacious 2bedrooms apartment is the perfect place for wonderful and unforgettable holidays. Centrally located in the heart of Madrid, yet on a quiet street parallel to the famous Gran Via just behind the big Primark , this apartment is right in the center. You are NEAR everything, just one block from all the big shopping malls, department stores and many restaurants ! Comfortably fits 5 people, the balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and serve the breakfast for everyone on a nice table and stools, PLUS an interior patio (as we are on the ground floor of the building ) to sit, relax and smoke a cigarette . If you like art you’ll love this apartment that is filled with many paintings and arty decor stuff. If you seen this listing from your searches you are very lucky because it’s very difficult to find it available so I wouldn’t hesitate to book it now!
